Have you ever looked at a weekend slate of college football games and had one pick that you know is a no-doubt winner? Here at LockLeagues, we know that feeling all too well. While results have varied for our sure-fire winners, we wanted to add something to the platform that allows users to have that best bet count a little bit more than all the others. That’s why we’re introducing Juiced Up Picks, which add a multiplier to one pick each window.
Juiced Up Picks are a league setting like unique picks that can be toggled at league creation. They come with an additional multiplier setting that is configured to determine the extra value of Juiced Up Picks. Users in a league with this setting on choose one of their picks to Juice Up during the confirm pick process. Be careful! If you don’t make this selection in a league with Juiced Up picks enabled, your last pick will automatically get Juiced. The score effect of these picks will be multiplied by the multiplier before it is added into your score. For example, in a league with a 2.5x multiplier, if you hit on a +120 pick your delta would go up 3.0 points! The inverse is also true (you would go -2.5 if it lost), so Juice those picks carefully!
