Puck Pick of the day
We finally get to the weekend and what better reward than some pivotal game threes in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. After doing a deep dive on the board tonight one play screams value to me. I will be looking to back the Montreal Canadiens against the Tampa Bay Lightning. After splitting the first two games down in the sunshine state, the Canadiens will be looking to take a 2-1 lead in front of their home crowd. A crowd that will be absolutely raucous for their first home game in these playoffs. If the Canadiens can start quick and keep that powerplay humming (3 goals in game 1), I think they will be victorious. Always tough to go against Jon Cooper and Big Cat Vasilevsky in postseason play, but at plus money there is simply too much value on the Habs.
