Friday Baseball pick of the day
It is time to get the weekend started and that means it is time for another MLB pick of the day. After another winner last week with the Rangers, I am looking to make it three in a row. This week I’ll be riding down the Alleghany all the way to the beautiful PNC park where the Pirates will take on the Red Sox. And in this game I will be looking to back the home underdog in the form of the Buccos. It’s tough to fade the Red Sox as they’ve been amazing in the last couple months, winning 22 of their last 30 games but they’ve recently shown signs of cooling down, such as dropping 3 of 4 to the Blue Jays during the week. At plus money I simply believe the Pirates are too good to pass up here. Look for some of the young hitters like Esmerlyn Valdez to provide the offense while Bubba Chandler does just enough on the bump to get the victory. Let’s raise the Jolly Roger!
