Hand up, last week was not my finest performance. If I were in Cincinnati right now I would be walking around apologizing…to absolutely nobody. The Bengals are still a poverty franchise, it just so happens that the Texans were bad on the day. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. However, the real definition of insanity is having an established effective system and getting away from it after one bad week. That’s why this week we are headed down to Jacksonville, the “city by the bay.” The Jags had a tough loss last week at Mile High, but that is a tough place to play and this is still the team that blew out the formidable Browns in week 1. Liam Coen is a good coach and he will have his team ready to bounce back at home. On the other side, the Patriots are coming off an ugly win against the terrible Steelers. Their defense is solid but I do not trust Drake Maye and their offense at all. I expect the Jags to both win and cover this weekend. Keep the faith, Octopeople. Duuuval.
